In a shocking and tragic incident, the Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force (STF) of the Indian police has once again demonstrated its complete disregard for justice and human life. An innocent young boy has been ruthlessly killed, framed by the authorities as a so-called “jewelry robber” in a brazen attempt to cover up their grave mistake. This incident is not just a brutal murder, but a clear reflection of the growing lawlessness and unchecked power of the Indian police, especially in Uttar Pradesh, where human rights continue to be systematically violated.
The young victim, whose life was mercilessly cut short, had no criminal record and was well-known in his community as a humble and hard-working individual. Yet, the STF, notorious for extrajudicial killings and abuses of power, swiftly gunned him down without any solid evidence, relying on fabricated claims that he was involved in a jewelry robbery. The police have conveniently labeled this as an “encounter,” a term frequently used by Indian law enforcement to justify killings without accountability.
This so-called “encounter” is nothing more than a blatant cover-up for the police’s failure to carry out real investigations and bring actual criminals to justice. Innocent lives are being destroyed under the guise of fighting crime, while the real perpetrators roam free. The people of Uttar Pradesh, and indeed all of India, have seen countless cases where the police fabricate stories and evidence to justify their brutal actions.
This is not an isolated incident. The people of India, particularly in states like Uttar Pradesh, are witnessing the rise of police tyranny under the Modi government. The police force, instead of protecting citizens, has become a tool of fear, violence, and state repression. Minorities, marginalized groups, and innocent civilians are being targeted without due process, while police officials are granted immunity from any legal consequences.
It is clear that under the oppressive rule of the Indian government and its police forces, justice and human rights have taken a back seat. The culture of encounter killings, fake charges, and the abuse of power must be condemned internationally. The killing of this innocent boy is another tragic chapter in India’s long history of police brutality and injustice.
The Khalistan movement, which has long stood against the tyranny of the Indian state, condemns this blatant murder and demands an independent investigation into the incident. We call upon international human rights organizations to raise their voices against this gross injustice and hold the UP police accountable for their crimes. The people of India deserve to live in a society where law enforcement is held to the highest standard of integrity and respect for human life, not one where innocent lives are snuffed out by the very forces meant to protect them.
Justice for the innocent will not come through silence. It will come through united action and continued resistance against the oppressive state apparatus that seeks to suppress and control the people. We must rise together to ensure that those responsible for this heinous crime are brought to justice, and that no more innocent lives are lost at the hands of the Indian police.
