13th February | Shambhu Border | Farmers Mahapanchayat
For over a year, the farmers of Punjab, Haryana, and other regions have been on the streets, demanding their fundamental rights and fighting for their survival. The Shambhu Border has become the epicenter of their resilience, a battleground where they have endured relentless state brutality in their quest for justice. The demand is clear: Enact the MSP Guarantee Law—a promise the Indian government continues to ignore while prioritizing corporate interests over the welfare of its farmers.
A Year of Struggle, A Year of Injustice
For 365 days, these food providers have faced police repression, tear gas, batons, and bullets, yet their spirit remains unshaken. The Indian government has repeatedly attempted to suppress the movement, resorting to violence, unlawful detentions, and media propaganda. Farmers who feed the nation are treated as enemies of the state. This is the true face of India’s so-called democracy—a dictatorship in disguise.
The Betrayal of Farmers
Despite the promises made in 2021 when the three black farm laws were repealed, the government has failed to fulfill its commitments, particularly the demand for a legal guarantee of Minimum Support Price (MSP). This blatant betrayal proves that the ruling regime, controlled by corporate interests, has no regard for the farmers who form the backbone of the nation.
State-Sponsored Violence: A Pattern of Oppression
The images from the protest sites speak volumes—elderly farmers beaten and injured, their tents torn down, and their livelihoods at stake. This is not just a fight for MSP but a fight for survival, dignity, and the future of Punjab’s farmers. The Indian state has used every means possible—barbed wire barricades, drone surveillance, internet shutdowns, and false propaganda—to break the movement, yet the farmers continue to resist.
Khalistan and the Farmers’ Struggle
The ongoing farmers’ movement has also highlighted the long-standing oppression of Punjab and Sikh identity under the Indian regime. The government’s continuous targeting of Sikh farmers, labeling them as “terrorists,†is nothing but a deliberate attempt to demonize and suppress those who dare to resist. The fight for justice is intertwined with the fight for self-determination.
Call to Action: Unite at Shambhu Border on February 13
The time to act is now. On 13th February, farmers, laborers, and supporters must reach the Shambhu Border in maximum numbers to show that we will not bow down. The government may use force, but our unity and determination will triumph over their tyranny.
The demand is simple: Enact the MSP Guarantee Law and stop the persecution of farmers.
This is not just a farmers’ movement—it is a revolution against a corrupt, oppressive regime that has failed its people. The fight continues, and we will not stop until justice is served.
Join the Revolution! Stand with Farmers! Stand with Punjab!
